What is your instructor to player ratio?

This number varies, however we try to keep it 4:1 for our semi-private sessions and for our day programs & classes 8:1.

Do you work with adults?

At Forza we work with all age groups and skill sets. Book now for adult semi-private sessions & classes.

Does Forza train in the USA?

At the moment, we currently are based out of the GTA. however are available for travel to the United States of America for elite training and boot camps.

Have you worked with NHL players?

Some of our instructors have experience training professional players, however Forza Hockey is relatively new to market. Our NHL trainees are on the ice with us now, the Future Stars!
